Men’s Football

From a single Sunday league football team we know have 6 men’s teams. Two play in the Bristol Downs League, one plays in the Bristol Suburban League, one in the Bristol and District Sunday League and two in the Bristol Casuals League.

Saturday Football

11-A-Side football played in the Bristol Downs League and the Bristol & Suburban League.

Formed for the 2009/2010 season, they gained promotion from the 1st Division in their 1st season.

  • Matches: Played in Premier Division 1 of the Bristol & Suburban League. Home Ground Bristol West Indies on Gordon Road.

  • Training: Thursdays 7:45 – 9pm, Brislington Enteprise College.
  • Matches: Bristol Downs League Division 2. All matches played at Bristol Downs, Clifton. Meet one hour before kick-off at the Downs changing rooms (kick-off time varies)

Football For The Mature Gent

11-a-side Men’s Football played in The Bristol Casuals League.

The Casuals won the  Bristol Casuals League Division 2 in 2008/2009 but due to a league reorganisation did not get promoted, they finished 2nd in 2009/2010.

  • Training: Tuesday night at St Pauls Academy, 7.30- 8:30 pm. £3.
  • Matches: Played in the Bristol Casuals League Division 1. The games are played on Sundays. Home games are at AXA or BAWA.
  • Results: See the results page.
Formed in 2009, having secured our first victory, we are now on a giant killing cup run, and aspire to mid-table medicrity or maybe even a cheeky little late push for promotion in 2013.

  • Training: Ultra Casuals training reverts to Bristol Brunell Academy (formerly Speedwell School) 6.30pm – 7.30pm, every Wednesday. Cowboys old and new are welcome. £3.
  • Matches: Played in the Bristol Casuals League Division 4 The games are played on Sundays. Home ground BAWA.
